Before you start: install or update the app, and have your own bank card, passport and a phone number that can receive verification messages ready. Complete any identity checks requested in the app.

Alipay

  1. Install or update Alipay / WeChat from your phone’s app store. Register with a mobile number that can receive SMS, or sign in to your existing account. Use the official app and your own details.

  2. Alipay: open Me → Bank Cards → Add a bank card. If the layout differs, look for Bank Cards or Add Card in the app.

  3. Enter your own card number and the other details requested, such as the expiry date, security code, cardholder name and billing address. Select a card type accepted on that screen.

  4. Complete identity verification when prompted: choose your nationality and document type, enter your name exactly as on your passport, and submit document photos or a face check if requested. The order of these checks can vary.

  5. Accept the terms after reading them, set a payment password if requested, and complete the bank’s SMS or other authentication. Check that the card appears in your wallet; if verification fails, follow the app’s message or contact the card issuer.

To pay a MYCNTM invoice, return to the order’s Payment tab and generate the code for your chosen wallet. Scan the payment code with that app; the share code opens a payment page for a friend. Check the amount and any wallet or bank fees before confirming.

Linking a card does not guarantee that it can pay this invoice. Availability depends on your card, account and the merchant’s payment channel. If declined, use Wise, bank transfer or the payment-only link for a friend. Enter card details and verification codes only in the wallet app, never in a support ticket. The illustrated DCS guide below is intended for DCS cardholders; its card-specific advice may not apply to your card.
